トキと佐渡の里地里山を保全する認証米『朱鷺と暮らす郷』プロモーションイベント
新潟県佐渡市で生産されている、トキと佐渡の里地里山を保全する認証米『朱鷺と暮らす郷』を使った限定メニューを、シンガポールの日本食レストランnokaにて提供。弊社では本キャンペーンの企画、メディアによるPRを担当しました。
In Sado City, Niigata Prefecture, the population decline of the island’s native Toki (Japanese Crested Ibis) had been led by decades of over hunting and pollution. In order to protect the endangered bird, the “Toki Brand Rice Certification Initiative” had been launched by Sado City in 2007 and numerous strict rules had been implemented by farmers such as reducing the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers and herbicides, conducting research on sustainable cultivation methods, and developing farming methods that promise nurture biodiversity and the livelihood of the Toki. Through the initiative, the rice that comply with these regulations are certified as Toki-Mai rice. “
In order to introduce Toki-Mai rice and its behind story, we are in charge of planning and PR for a collaborated campaign with noka, the Japanese restaurant locating in Singapore.
