Aming for improving cooking skills for Japanese Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine Laboratory and Vivid Creations managed a lecture event for chefs based in Singapore. Hidehito Uchiyama, Michelin-starred chef-owner of Ginza Uchiyama, was invited as a lecturer and performed some demonstrations in order to show his professional techniques, which can be easily applied at any Japaneses cuisine restaurant. “Guidelines for Certification of Cooking Skills for Japanese Cuisine in Foreign Countries” established by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries was also introduced to those participants.
