日本米・米関連食品のプロモーション強化支援 レシピコンテスト

シンガポールの中心に位置するショッピングモールにて、シンガポールの5人のシェフを起用し、日本米を使用したオリジナルレシピの開発コンテスト、並びにそのデモンストレーションを行いました。またコンテスト実施後1ヶ月間は参加したシェフのレストランで期間限定メニューとして一般のお客様にも販売し、さらに日本のお米への関心、口にする機会を増やしました。

Aiming at increase Japanese rice consumption in Singapore, there had been held an original Japanese rice recipe contest, which 5 Singaporean chefs are nominated to be on the stage. Vivid Creations is in charge of planning, PR, and operation of this stage.
