Vivid Creations 10th Year Anniversary Party 開催について【事後レポート】

みなさん、こんにちは。Vivid Creations 宮川です。

7月19日（金）、The Great RoomというCo-Working Officeのイベントスペースにて、「Vivid Creations 創立10周年記念パーティー」を開催しました！

パートナー、クライアントのみなさま、元Vividスタッフのメンバー、
そしてパーティーではじめてご挨拶させていただいた方々…、
総勢１５０名ものご来場者様をお迎えし、社員一同、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

改めまして、ご一緒に弊社の創立記念をお祝い頂き、誠にありがとうございました。

イベントで撮影した写真や動画を中心に、どのような場だったのかを企画側の想いも込めて振り返らせていただきます！

Hi everyone, I’m Genki Miyagawa from Vivid Creations!
On July 19th, we hosted our corporate 10th Anniversary Party at Great Room in Singapore inviting approximately 150 people from our client, partner, ex Vivid staff, family and so on.
To those who joined us, thank you very much for celebrating our milestone with us! We are really glad to have spent this joyous occasion with you all and our heartfelt gratitude extends to all our family, partners and clients!

I would like to show you the event photos and videos and share some behind stories about this corporate event.

本題に入る前に、さっそくビハインドストーリーを…！（笑）

 

本パーティーの準備には、実は社内でかなり以前から議論してきました。

そもそも、このイベントを『どんなパーティーにしたいか』という核の部分においては、

「“あいだ”をつなぐ存在としてのVivid」が、いろんなバックグラウンドの方が交流でき、新しい価値が生み出せるようなイベントにする

というテーマがありました。

 

テーマを軸にしてディスカッションを深め、会場の選定、演出、内容、準備すべきものなどを具体化し、無事イベント当日を迎えることができました。

会場はホテルではなく、デザインや空間づくりにこだわるThe Great RoomというCo-Working Officeのイベントスペースをチョイス。

ありきたりのホテルのボールルームで淡々と進めるのではなく、ご来場いただいたみなさんが相互に交流しやすい空間づくりを目指しました。

 

First of all, we have discussed on how to welcome and show a big gratitude to our guest through the 10th year anniversary so many times and spent a long time for the project. For instance, “where to host the party” was one of the big topic. Because our aim of the party was to create an encounter by letting all guest to communicate with each other casually and let them feel the value of Vivid Creations as “a bridge encouraging creative dialogue”. Therefore we booked an event booth in a co-working space Instead of an ordinary ballroom at a hotel which a lot of corporate events are taken place.

イベントの司会は、バイリンガルMCとしてシンガポールを中心に活躍し、日ごろからとてもお世話になっているMisa Miyagawaさん。

Toast（乾杯）は、Vividの創業当初からお付き合いいただいているパートナー、Raymondさんにお願いしました。

The party was started at 7pm and we invited Mrs Misa Miyagawa as Emcee, who has been supporting our projects since Vivid Creations was established. Mr Raymond was on a stage for toasting, who has also been a great partner with Vivid Creations.

10周年パーティーのために準備してきた、記念動画もお披露目。メンバーそれぞれが、Vividの価値観、挑戦、未来について語りました。

As a memorial celebration, we made a special anniversary VTR to project our mission and vision “Make our future vivid”. In VTR, each Vivid staff describes what Vivid Creations values, challenges and creates in the next chapter.

新しくなったVivid Creationsのロゴもお披露目。これまで「vivid」を囲っていた黒い丸を取り払い、より拓けたロゴに生まれ変わりました。

We also introduced our new corporate logo. Its black circle was taken away so that the image of our logo became more open and bright.

ご来場の皆様同士の交流時間を十分とりつつ、その場での会話がより未来にむけたクリエイティブなものになるように、２つの「パネルディスカッション」も実施。

テーマは、『多様な価値観を持つ方々との交流から、新しい価値を作り出すこととは』。

これまで弊社がお世話になった方々の中から、多種多様な業界で”あいだ”をつなぐ活動をされている方々をゲストとしてお招きしました。

どちらも自己紹介にはじまり、これまで出会わなかった方々同士でお話しいただくことで、登壇者同士も、ご覧いただいた来場者の皆様とも、微力ながら新しいつながりを生むことができたように思います。

In order to accelerate creative conversation among our guests, two panel discussion were taken place, which theme was on “How can we create a new value by co-working with people who has various backgrounds”.

We invited our partners who had been working as a bridge connecting one and another in various industry. Starting with self-introduction, both two panel discussion had been valuable for not only audience but panelist because we could get a new bond by communicating with each other through panel discussion.

Vivid Creations 10周年のバースデーケーキカットも実施。ケーキは来場者のみなさんで分けました！

An memorable 10th Year birthday cake had also come out and we could shared it with all of our guests!

ドアギフトにもこだわり、オリジナルのサコッシュと、Vividが海外展開をサポートしている梅酒屋のオリジナルラベルボトルを配布。

メッセージカードやオリジナルボトルのラベルに使用した『Make our future Vivid』のカリグラフィーは、弊社で以前インターンシップをしていた卒業生で今はカリグラフィーアーティストとして活躍する新多 可奈子さんにお願いしました。

Regarding to the door gift, we had discussed so many times as we took it serious as one of the best tool to show our gratitude to our dearest guests for the party. 

We made TWO original gift: Sacoche bag and Umeshu bottle. The Umeshu was the product which we has supported its global marketing as joint business with its manufacturer.

As for a design of our message card, we asked for Ms. Kanako Arata who used to work at Vivid Creations as an intern. 

 

ドリンクは、日本とシンガポールのクラフトビールと梅酒屋のカクテルをご提供しました。

As drink, craft beer from Japan and Singapore and Umeshu from Umeshuya was available.

空間演出に必要な音楽は、ライブパフォーマンスでお届け！

For BGM, we invited professional performers and played live music:

• Piano：Aya Sekine（One of the panelist / パネリストのおひとり）
• Drums：Darren Moore（Our CEO’s husband / 弊社代表の旦那様）
• Base：Tony Makarome

結びに代えて　Make our future VIVID together!

終わってみるとあっという間で、こうしてみなさんの素敵な表情がたくさん写真に収められているのを改めて眺めると、とても感慨深く思います。

 

改めて、Vivid Creationsはこれまで多くのお客様、パートナー様に支えられて、10年もの時間を重ねることができました。

私は入社歴が１年半と短いのですが、当日は弊社代表 齋藤や、COO 小野を筆頭に、Vivid と関わっていただいている方々と共にこれまで育んできた「つながり」が広がっていたように感じました。

 

Vividの理念は、とても漠然としているようにも聞こえますが、そこにはしっかりとした軸があります。

本イベントを通じて、その理念がより多くの方に共感いただけているということも実感することができ、メンバー一同にとって更なる励みとなりました。

この10周年記念イベントを機に、社内では「Vivid Creationsの存在価値」を改めて議論する機会も増え、弊社がこれまでやってきたこと、そして今後進むべき方向性がさらに共通意識として育まれたように思います。

It is still like yesterday when we hosted the party but I gradually digests what had happened there by looking at each photos taken at the party, which is always full of smiles and good vibes of our guests.

Those 10 years are built by not only our clients but partners, staffs, ex interns, and families of each. We would say those people are the “Vivid Family”. There were, of course, so many guests who I did not know as I have joined Vivid Creations just 1.5 years ago. But through the party, I could clearly see strong and deep bonds between Vivid Creations and our guests, which had been also raised in these 10 years.

Our mission may sound abstract. But there is a core goal to achieve with not only Vivid staff but also our supporters. This time, we are so glad to see that the core goal had been already spread and accepted by a lot of Vivid Family who were at the 10th year anniversary party.

Through the event, more conversations about Vivid Creations’s next decades and its value are driven internally, which is unexpectedly given as a gift for ourselves.

次の10年も、クライアントやパートナーのみなさま、現在そして過去のVividのスタッフや家族も含めてとともに成長するとともに、弊社が社会へ提供できる価値を広げたい。

そして、より世界が鮮やかになる未来を、みなさまとともに創りたい。

 

そのような決意を新たに、今後もメンバー一同精進してまいります。

In the next decade, we strongly wish to take actions steadily with Vivid Family and create new values together in order to make our future vivid.
